JOB DESCRIPTION: Relationship Team
PURPOSE: Client Acquisition and Relationship management
- Delivery of advisory services to clients through a high level of engagement, in line with the values & ethos of the organization
- Ensure that advice is implemented based on the intelligence & products recommended by the organization
PRINCIPAL RESPONSINILITIES:
- Prospecting ; Maintaining an active lists of prospects & ensure a strong engagement with them to convert them to clients
- Client Management ; Managing clients with a long term relationship building approach
- Client Advisory & Reviews ; Understanding client needs to ensure the right proposals & periodic reviews are prepared for them, in consultation with the Ideation & Advisory Team
- Maintain a high level of client centricity & service standards
- Keep abreast with market developments and events to ensure timely action is taken towards risk management in client portfolios

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:
EDUCATION: Chartered Accountant having worked with the Big 4 - MBA in Finance from Tier 1 B-schools
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE: Strong knowledge & understanding of Financial, Real Estate & Commodity Market
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in handling HNIs & UHNIs in previous roles
- 5 - 10 Yrs
SPECIAL SKILLS (MANAGERIAL/BEHAVIOURAL):
- Good Communication Skills
- Adept at preparing & making presentations
- Organized, Methodical, Proactive
- Ownership & Go Getter
TRAVEL: Travelling will depend upon the client's need & location
COMPENSATION RANGE: Based on experience & suitability
