We are looking for a highly motivated Wealth Management professional with strong relationship-building and advisory skills. The role involves providing customized financial solutions, managing client portfolios, and driving AUM growth through effective client engagement and product advisory.Key Responsibilities:- Understand client requirements and offer suitable financial and investment solutions.- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and keep them informed through broadcasts, news, and updates.- Grow the client base by acquiring new investors and leveraging referrals from existing clients.- Initiate timely portfolio reviews for existing clients to optimize returns and align with their goals.- Upsell and cross-sell wealth products while keeping clients updated on market trends.- Share regular market insights, research reports, and investment updates with clients.- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaigns and client engagement initiatives.Must-Have Skills:- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Excellent communication and listening abilities, with the capability to simplify complex financial concepts.- Confident and professional presence while interacting with clients.- Analytical mindset with strong logical and numerical reasoning.- Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and maintain composure under stress.- Goal-oriented with a keen eye for profit opportunities.- Adherence to compliance norms and documentation protocols.Desired Candidate Profile:- 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Advisory.- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP, etc.) will be an added advantage.- Experience handling multiple wealth instruments like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, FDs, etc.- Proven record of AUM generation - minimum - 30 Cr AUM.
