Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage High Net-Worth (HNI) and affluent clients for their wealth management and investment needs. Provide personalized investment advisory across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, bonds, insurance, and other financial products. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and digital channels. Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing or new opportunities. Cross-sell relevant products aligned with client goals and risk profile. Maintain long-term client relationships with consistent service and engagement. Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth execution. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets in line with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (MBA/CFP/NISM preferred). Strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and insurance products. Proven track record in managing HNI/retail client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and ethical in approach.
