Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager - Real Estate supports the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, sales activities, client relationships, and project coordination. The role involves assisting in business development, property transactions, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Management:- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring real estate operations.- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and legal regulations.- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, site progress, and market trends.Sales & Business Development:- Support sales targets through lead generation, follow-ups, and client engagement.- Coordinate property showings, site visits, and client meetings.- Assist in negotiations, documentation, and closure of property deals.- Maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients.Client & Stakeholder Management:- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.- Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and external vendors.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.Marketing & Coordination:- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.- Coordinate with marketing teams for listings, advertisements, and digital promotions.- Track competitor activities and market trends.Documentation & Compliance:- Support preparation and verification of agreements, contracts, and legal documents.- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and company standards.- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client data.Qualifications & Skills:Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.Experience- 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales, operations, or property management.- Experience assisting managerial or supervisory roles is preferred.Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and regulations.- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills.- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and real estate platforms.
