Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate investment opportunities. Conduct cold-calling to generate new leads and follow up with prospects. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth. Educate customers about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries with professionalism and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with call logs and client interactions.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of cold-calling experience in real estate telesales. Strong background in outbound sales or wealth advisory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/night). Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?750,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
