Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Wealth Advisors to join our team. This

role involves engaging with international clients through outbound calls, qualifying

leads, and supporting our sales team in converting prospects into valued clients. The

ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, international calling

experience, and a passion for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound international calls to leads provided by the client

? Engage with potential clients professionally to understand their wealth

management needs

? Qualify leads based on established criteria and assessment parameters

? Build rapport and establish credibility with prospects through effective

communication

? Gather relevant information from prospects to determine their suitability and

interest level

? Pass qualified leads to the sales team with comprehensive notes and insights

? Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system

? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead qualification and conversion

? Follow up with prospects as needed to maintain engagement

? Provide feedback to management on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

? Stay updated on wealth management products and services offered

? Adhere to compliance guidelines and calling protocols at all times

Required Qualifications

? Minimum 2 to 5 years years of proven experience in international calling (voice

process)

? Excellent verbal communication skills in English with neutral or international

accent

? Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities

? Experience working with BPOs or top-tier organizations

? Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite

? Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility for night shifts

? Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs

? Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving goals

? Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

? Ability to handle objections and rejections positively

? Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Candidate Profile

Preferred Background:

? Candidates from reputed BPOs and established organizations

? Experience in B2C or B2B international voice processes

NOT Suitable:

? Candidates with real estate industry background are NOT suitable

Work Schedule

? 6 days a week

? Rotational shifts (including night shifts to align with international time zones)

? Flexibility to work according to client requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
