PROFILE SUMMARY


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Engagement Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on acquiring new high-net-worth & mass affluent clients while also managing and nurturing existing client relationships within the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management strategies, financial markets, and investment products, and possess a proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Primedin Wealth while delivering outstanding service to both new and existing clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY



Identify and engage potential high-net-worth and mass affluent clients to expand the firm's client base

Develop and execute targeted business development strategies by leveraging existing network & referrals

Present and articulate Primedin Wealth's services to prospective clients and successfully close new business

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients

Responsible for providing ongoing financial advice and personalized wealth management support

Collaborate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of assets under management

Regularly review and update clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving financial objectives

Collaborate with senior advisors and portfolio managers to develop customized financial plans

Collaborate with portfolio managers and identify and suggest unique investment strategies as per clients' needs

Understand the risk appetite & investment objectives of the clients and recommend adjustments as per market

Educate investment strategies and share insights on estate planning and tax optimization
Ensure client interactions & financial plans comply with industry regulations & internal compliance standards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, in line with company policies

SKILLS REQUIRED



In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management strategies

Proven ability to develop and cultivate a network of high-net-worth clients and prospects
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong business development acumen with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities

A commitment to excellence, with a collaborative attitude and a strong work ethic

ELIGIBILITY



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Relevant certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA, or other industry-recognized credentials are a plus

At least 3 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory

Must have a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management

WORKING DAYS & TIME



Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
