SPRINGDALE PUBLIC SCHOOL We have Opening for Montessori/Primary/Middle/High School Teacher Experience: 2 to 5 years Location: Erode Salary: 12k to 25k (Based on Experience) Position: PGT(social) TGT (Maths) PRT(Tamil) Montessori \xc2\xb7 Create and conduct instructional in-class and outdoor learning activities \xc2\xb7 Keep an eye on the behaviour and psychology of the students to understand any downfalls \xc2\xb7 Create and distribute instructional material, such as notes, exams, and assignments \xc2\xb7 Provide each student with individualised teaching while fostering interactive learning \xc2\xb7 Record and evaluate the development of each student \xc2\xb7 Participate in conferences and workshops to boost professional development \xc2\xb7 Utilise the most cutting-edge teaching techniques while upholding the highest standards of quality \xc2\xb7 Encourage student involvement in lessons and other activities related to education. Required Candidate Profile \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2+ years of experience in Teaching. \xc2\xb7 Must have Subject knowledge \xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication Skills.
