Job Title : FD - Operator
Experience : 5 Years (Pharma Industry)

Work timing - 9 hours
Work Days - 6 Days

- Follow gowning procedure in Pilot Plant and FD area as per respective Entry and EXIT SOPs and Maintain hygienic condition in respective department.
- Maintain GMP in Pilot Plant and Formulation Development Area.
- Follow the SOPs for Operation, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, instruments, Ancillaries, spares etc. in Pilot Plant and FD area.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment & Comply EHS requirements.
- Maintenance logbooks of equipment, ancillaries, spares etc. for cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow labeling SOP for labeling as per status of area, equipment, spares, Ancillaries etc.
- Assist in Preventive Maintenance of equipment or instruments to Engineering persons.
- Calibration and Verification of weighing balances and instruments.
- Assist Pilot Plant executives and Formulation Scientist in equipment operations.
- To operate and clean the Equipment.
- To assist executive of pilot plant and formulation scientist to maintain the GMP procedures in area.
- Daily maintenance of Equipment.
- Ensure compliance and awareness of data integrity at your functional area and site.
