Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Manager - Prime LAP

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
Source customers for Prime Loan Against Property products through direct and indirect channels.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other referral partners.
Understand and assess customer needs and provide suitable LAP solutions.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for end-to-end loan processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and policy norms.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Provide timely updates to reporting managers and CRM tools.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
Conduct periodic market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in LAP or mortgage sales.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in secured lending.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management and market intelligence.
