Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and frameworks like Flask/Django. Design and implement scalable

RESTful APIs

for new and existing features. Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability, particularly on Linux systems. Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration. Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure stability and minimal downtime. Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and task management.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of

OOP, data structures, and algorithms

. Experience designing and developing

RESTful APIs

and modern authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). Proficiency with

Git, CI/CD

, and software development lifecycle practices. Problem-solving skills for debugging complex issues in production environments. Experience optimizing applications for

performance, security, and scalability

on Linux.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like

Jira

. Exposure to AI/ML systems or cloud-based infrastructure is a plus.
