We Are Hiring Human Resource In Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and Monster.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.
  • Maintain updated lead trackers for each role.
2. Interview Coordination
  • Schedule telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and internal
stakeholders.
  • Follow up with candidates for confirmations, task submissions, and availability.
  • Ensure timely communication and professional etiquette throughout the hiring journey.
3. Documentation & Onboarding Assistance
  • Collect and verify documents from shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in creating offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support joining formalities on Day 1.
4. Candidate Relationship Management
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and courteous communication.
  • Maintain a candidate database for future openings and internal references.
5. Reporting & MIS Management
  • Maintain dashboards on hiring status and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Generate weekly reports for management review.
  • Maintain interview feedback, candidate notes, and follow-up records.
6. Employer Branding & Job Posting
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and sharing them across platforms.
  • Support branding efforts through creative inputs on hiring banners, captions, and outreach
strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and English)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and CRM or ATS systems
  • High attention to detail and structured approach
  • Professional conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain and knows how to use AI
