Department: Operations / Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse
Use WMS or ERP systems to track goods movement
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments
Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance
Train and guide new staff and enforce company policies
Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation
Ensure timely loading/unloading and minimize operational delays
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision
Familiarity with warehouse software and basic computer skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
