Job Title: Video Editor
Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into a finished product that matches the director's vision.
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
Add music, dialogues, graphics, special effects, and transitions.
Review final productions for errors and ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to meet video content needs.
Organize and manage all audio and video assets.
Stay updated on the latest editing techniques and trends.
Optimize videos for different platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation.
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and video formatting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
