We're Hiring - : Telecaller / BDE
Job Title: Telecaller / BDE
Location : Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
Salary : Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months (in telecalling or sales)
Qualification : Graduation Mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART, Praid India, and the company website.
• Call potential customers to understand their requirements and share product details.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain sales and purchase records, including billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Maintain customer data and communication history.
• Use computer applications (Excel, Word, email, etc.) efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
• Knowledge of lead management from IndiaMART / Praid India preferred.
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
