?? Make outbound & inbound telecalling for client engagement
?? Coordinate with clients regarding services, queries & follow-ups
?? Maintain client records & update database regularly
?? Assist sales/service team in scheduling & documentation
?? Prepare & manage reports, emails & official communication
?? Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
?? Perform general back-office activities (filing, data entry, MIS reporting)
?? Work on Excel & Emails for client communication and reporting
? Desired Candidate Profile:
? Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
? 1-3 years of telecalling / client coordination / back office experience preferred
? Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
? Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email handling
? Strong organizational & multitasking ability
