Job Title: Tele Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Resolve customer queries and handle objections professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and local languages (if applicable).
