Job Title: Technical Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and IT specialists.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all technical aspects of software projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure software development best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies are followed.
Oversee system architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks.
Provide technical mentorship and career development to team members.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
