Job Title:
State Technical Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor technical programs and activities across the state
Lead and mentor district-level technical teams and field engineers
Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks
Collaborate with state government officials, departments, and partner organizations
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for on-ground teams
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives
Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Manage resources, tools, and logistics required for technical operations
Stay updated with latest technologies, standards, and industry trends
Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/IT) or relevant technical field
58 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in government or development sector
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting
Willingness to travel extensively within the state '
