Job Title:
Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute creative projects from concept to delivery across digital and print platforms.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
Mentor and provide art direction to junior designers and freelancers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content.
Design and produce promotional materials, social media assets, presentations, packaging, and digital advertisements.
Oversee production and ensure high-quality execution of all deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in design and user experience.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and visual concepts.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively. '
