Job Title:
Sales Officer / Sales Manager - Product: Vyapar Shakti (LAP)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve business targets for Vyapar Shakti (LAP) product in the assigned territory.
Generate leads through field visits, channel partners, and cold calls.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
Manage the entire loan processing cycle - sourcing, documentation, credit evaluation support, and disbursal coordination.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSA, and local business communities.
Provide periodic market intelligence and competitor insights to improve strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Track and report sales performance and pipeline status regularly.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (preferably with MBA or Finance background).
1-5 years of experience in LAP/MSME/SME lending, NBFCs/Banks/Fintech preferred.
Good understanding of local markets and property documentation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person.
