Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced and disciplined Site Supervisor to oversee on-ground execution activities at our
residential construction sites in Ahmedabad. The role involves daily supervision of labor, coordination with
design teams, material management, and adherence to site safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects and engineers for implementation of designs and drawings.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities including masonry, plastering, cleaning, and manpower

management.

• Ensure site office is functional and logistics are streamlined.
• Monitor receipt, usage, and storage of construction materials on site.
• Maintain discipline and productivity among labor teams.
• Ensure implementation of safety protocols and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Support measurement checks, record keeping, and daily progress reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge of civil site activities and labor deployment.
• Good understanding of construction sequences and safety practices.
• Basic reading of site drawings and BOQs.
• Strong team supervision, communication, and site coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to maintain documentation.

Education & Experience

Qualification Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
