Designation - Shift Manager
Qualification - Any
Work Timings - 9 Hours (Rotational) per day
Working Days - 6 Days (Weekly off- Any day between Monday to Thursday)
Work Location - Mumbai (Multiple Outlet)
Gender - Only Male
Preferred Industry - Food & Beverages, Hotel & Restaurant, Quick Service Restaurant
Salary - up to Rs. 20000 in hand
Other Employee Benefits - ESIC & PF coverage
Experience - 6 Months+
Meat Handling: Candidates should be comfortable working with meat products (chicken, buff, pork).
Extra Perk Details:
Meal Allowance: ₹50 per day (based on number of present days)
Incentive: ₹500 to ?2,000 per month (subject to store performance)
Loyalty Bonus: One month's gross salary on completion of 18 months
Accidental Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5,00,000

Duties andResponsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
• Handle customer and employee complaints
• Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
• Ensure recipes are followed properly
• Prepare COGS report
• Control on wastage and packaging.

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
• Full understanding of industry safety standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and
• Excel
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as
• standing up for long hours and lifting heavy loads occasionally 5.
• Working well within a team
• 1-3 years of food and beverage service industry experience required
• Knowledge of food safety and danger zone
• Customer Service, Food Preparation, and cleaning skills
