Follow up with customers to confirm service satisfaction and gather feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Monitor service timelines and escalate delays or urgent issues appropriately.
Prepare service reports, invoices, and assist in maintaining inventory records.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (like SAP, CRM, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
