Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets by maintaining vigilance, enforcing security protocols, and preventing unauthorized access or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials at the gate. Conduct physical checks and maintain proper logbooks/registers for visitors, vehicles, and material movement. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, fire alarms, and other security equipment. Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, fire hazards, or any suspicious activity. Report and respond to emergencies, alarms, or incidents promptly. Assist in implementing and enforcing company security policies and procedures. Maintain discipline, order, and decorum at the premises. Support during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or medical situations by following safety protocols. Check employees and workers at the time of exit to avoid theft or unauthorized material movement. Coordinate with police or external security agencies if required. Prepare daily security reports and submit to the Security Supervisor/Admin Head.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass. Prior experience as a Security Guard in manufacturing/industrial setup preferred. Knowledge of basic security & safety practices. Physically fit, alert, and disciplined. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly. Good communication and observation skills.

Work Conditions:

Shift duties including night shifts and weekends as per company schedule. Stationed at gate, control room, or patrolling as assigned.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
