We are looking for a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline, and closing deals that align with the company's goals.
Depending on experience, you may lead a team, mentor junior sales reps, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present and promote company products or services to current and potential customers
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure post-sales support with relevant teams
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies
Coach and manage a sales team (for Manager role)
Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years (Executive) / 5+ years (Manager) of experience in B2B or B2C sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Leadership and team management skills (for Sales Manager role)
Preferred:
Experience in [insert industry: e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate]
Willingness to travel as needed
