Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell L&T Komatsu machinery (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.)
Identify prospective clients and conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, and consultants
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the management team
Collaborate with technical/service teams to ensure post-sales support and customer satisfaction
Maintain records of sales leads, client interactions, and deal closures
Candidate Profile:
1 to 5 years of experience in B2B/capital equipment sales
Preferably from companies like JCB, Tata Hitachi, SANY, Komatsu India, Caterpillar, Mahindra CE, Hyundai CE, etc.
Strong network in Indore and nearby industrial regions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
Qualifications:
Graduate (Engineering or Business background preferred)
Knowledge of the local construction and mining equipment market is an added advantage
