Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
