We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Executive for Capital Equipment sales at our Baroda location. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial sales of electrical equipment and a proven track record in building and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales of capital equipment such as Gensets, Transformers, Panels, Industrial UPS, and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and project developers.
Identify new business opportunities in solar and renewable energy sectors.
Achieve sales targets through market penetration and strategic account management.
Provide technical solutions and product recommendations to meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution and after-sales support.
Required Experience & Skills:
2-5 years of experience in industrial sales of electrical/capital equipment.
Background in solar or renewable energy is a strong plus.
Good network and rapport with electrical consultants is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
