Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Conduct regular reviews and relationship health checks with key clients.
Mentor junior team members (for Senior RM role).
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2-5+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client servicing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
