Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client requirements and offering relevant solutions.
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products.
Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to ensure service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve client retention and business development targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing or relationship management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
