Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - FMCG

Reports To: National Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the region.
Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers, and distributors.
Expand market presence by appointing and managing distributors and retailers.
Monitor secondary and primary sales, ensuring target achievement.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, schemes, and merchandising.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key retailers.
Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Train, motivate, and evaluate the regional sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation/Post-graduation in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
7-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Distribution.
Strong knowledge of trade channels (GT/MT), distribution network, and regional market.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
