Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with sales teams to identify customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
Customize solutions to meet client-specific business challenges
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires
Act as a technical advisor and product expert for prospects and clients
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
Support in pricing and solution design to ensure feasibility and profitability
Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling
Provide post-sales transition support to delivery or implementation teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting role
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to understand complex technical environments and articulate business benefits
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), presentation tools, and solution design techniques
Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is a plus
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or relevant industry certifications
