Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PR strategies and brand communication plans
Write and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and thought leadership articles
Manage media relations and coordinate with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
Plan and execute brand-building campaigns, product launches, and corporate events
Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints - print, digital, and social media
Monitor media coverage and create PR reports and analytics
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, HR) to ensure brand alignment
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments
Work with design and content teams for high-impact brand collateral
Crisis communication planning and reputation management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong network of media contacts (print, digital, broadcast) is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of branding principles, storytelling, and audience targeting
Proficiency in content creation tools and media monitoring software
