Core Job Responsibilities:
Assist ASR in conducting Basic PV Training of company staff, i.e., by assigning, training and tracking compliance.
Send reminders to defaulters and provide status update to the ASR.
Maintain all the records for training provided/delivered by ASR, includes soft and hard copy archival in respective files and folders.
Document and archive all training related communications in dedicated share drive.
Present periodic status on assignment and tracking of training to project leads/ASR.
Administrative PV activity support at EPD India like but not limited to documentation, archival, filing and other PV activities.
Support ASR during audits and inspections as applicable.
Assist affiliate PV ISOtrain coordinator by ensure that Affiliate PV & Non-PV functions are assigned with all applicable PV relevant training modules in ISOtrain.
