Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical presses, stamping machines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and other production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for all machinery and utility equipment.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
Ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with industry standards.
Assist in procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance tools.
Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
Follow 5S, safety, and quality protocols strictly on the shop floor.
Maintain AMCs and liaise with external service providers when necessary.
