Key Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic International Pre-Sales Executive to generate leads through cold calling. The role involves influencing potential customers and creating interest in our services. A basic understanding of real estate is required, with the primary objective being to generate new leads and bring in potential clients. Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills
Handle both inbound and outbound calls
Efficiently manage objections and demonstrate strong selling skills
Cold call potential clients
Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements
Persuade customers to meet our sales managers
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and useful information
Respond to customer queries via multiple channels (web, newspaper, etc.)
Engage with existing customers and invite them for site visits
