Designation - HR Trainee
Qualification - MBA HR
Work Timings - 9 Hours
Working Days - Mon - Fri
Work Location - BKC

Experience - Preferably around 1-2 years of BHR experience

Broad Responsibilities

HRIS & HR Analytics
Support on Projects & HR initiatives
Employee Engagement Action plan follow through
Monthly Attrition deep dive
Division-wise Quarterly employee dashboards
Onboarding and offboarding support

Experience : Competencies : Communication, Analytical Approach, Attention to Detail, Time Management and Achievement Orientation
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and should be strong on Data Management
Qualification : MBA - HR preferred
