Experience - Preferably around 1-2 years of BHR experience

Main Responsibilities
Provide support to the Business Human Resources Team on various HR interventions.
Design dashboard/s & various matrices while maintaining the provided database.
Design and develop initiative/s and various intervention/s as per business requirement.
Provide adequate support on executing various HR initiative/s
Work closely with the Business Unit Head and Regional Manager on Talent requirements and manage end-to-end HR activities for respective BU.
Work in coherence with your BHR mentor while executing various projects.
Any other HR-related project work/support as assigned from time to time.
