Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Mumbai, India
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources functions
for our MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication
skills, experience in HR operations, and the ability to align HR initiatives with
business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Management:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified

candidates

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring

recommendations

• Employee Engagement and Retention:
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and

knowledge

• Manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee

performance and provide feedback
HR Operations:

• Oversee payroll operations, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict

resolution and disciplinary actions

• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business

goals

• HR Policies and Procedures:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance

with labour laws and company standards

• Performance Management:

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support

to managers and employees
Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the MEP or

construction industry

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software
• Good problem-solving skills
