- HR Manager Company Name: Teamex Retail Limited Designation: HR Manager Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Week Off: Sunday Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities: o Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. o Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. o Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution. o Maintain payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance records. o Plan and execute employee training and development programs. o Support performance management system and employee appraisal process. o Lead employee engagement activities and retention initiatives. o Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. o Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals. o Maintain HR reports, employee records, and HRIS systems. Requirements: o Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. o Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role. o Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. o Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. o Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
