Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GEM and Government Tender Executive to manage online government procurement portals, tender submissions, and bidding processes. The ideal candidate should have experience handling GEM (Government e-Marketplace) operations and end-to-end tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company profile on the GEM portal and other government tender platforms
Identify relevant tenders from various e-procurement portals and assess eligibility
Prepare and submit tender documents including technical and financial bids
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and pricing information
Monitor tender status, follow up on bid results, and handle post-bid correspondence
Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance with tender requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all tenders and GEM transactions
Communicate with government departments and clients regarding tender updates
Stay up to date with tender rules, amendments, and market trends
Assist in vendor registration and documentation as per government norms
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in GEM portal and government tendering
Familiarity with online procurement systems and e-bidding procedures
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, GEM portal, and e-procurement websites
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
