Primary Function / Goals / Objectives
Achieve defined service level targets.
Ensure 100% renewal of profitable business.
Maintain high customer retention rates.
Drive strong Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Improve first-time/telephone resolution rates.
Major Responsibilities
Deliver customer operator training at company facilities or customer sites.
Execute new instrument and assay implementations up to Test of Record.
Conduct on-site assay investigations, troubleshooting, and operator training/coaching.
