? Reports To: MD & JMD

? Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the entire sales and operations team
? Drive disbursement growth and expand dealer/DSA network
? Ensure portfolio quality - collections, bounce rates & NPAs
? Collaborate with credit, risk, and compliance departments
? Present business performance reports to MD/JMD
? Ideal Candidate:
8+ years of experience in Vehicle/Two Wheeler Finance
Strong network of dealers and channel partners
Proven experience in team management and business scaling
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
