Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive / Events professional to manage client accounts and coordinate end-to-end event execution within the hospitality sector. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in managing events and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle client accounts related to events and hospitality services
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for smooth event execution
Plan, organize, and execute events as per client requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Prepare event-related reports, budgets, and MIS using MS Excel
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Handle documentation, follow-ups, and post-event analysis
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 4 years in events/account management within the hospitality industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and coordination
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
Client-handling and negotiation skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
