Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Act as a client-facing representative, clearly communicating the agency's perspective.
Understand, consolidate, and formally communicate client feedback to internal teams.
Manage client expectations proactively, anticipating issues and resolving challenges in advance.
Build, engage, and retain long-term client relationships.
Project & Commercial Management
Contribute to or prepare cost proposals, including scope definition
