Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Operations professional to support day-to-day operational activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, data handling capability, and proficiency in MS Excel to ensure smooth backend processes and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle backend operational activities and day-to-day coordination
Maintain and update operational data, records, and MIS
Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and warehouse staff
Ensure accuracy of data related to inventory, orders, and dispatches
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Assist in documentation and compliance-related tasks
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years in backend operations within retail or warehousing
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
