Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that the centre meets its financial goals, including budget management and revenue generation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service and operations.
• Monitor and maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in the centre.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to ensure the centre is fully equipped.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
• Organize and supervise events, activities, and promotional campaigns to boost centre visibility and engagement.
