Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain records of inventory, sales, and purchases in an organized manner.
• Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Assist in data entry, report generation, and document filing.
• Communicated with clients and provided support for order processing and customer queries.
• Monitor stock levels and update relevant departments on product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Support the finance department with basic accounting tasks like handling payments and maintaining records.
• Handle correspondence and follow up on tasks as assigned by management.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
