Job Title: Field Marketing Executive - Pharma Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote products.
Organize and participate in medical camps, seminars, and promotional events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Distribute marketing materials and samples to potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve territory targets.
Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities.
Ensure compliance with pharma marketing regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in pharma sales or marketing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively.
